Good Eats
There is perhaps no food that is more New York than the bagel. I picked up some incredible ones from All American Bagel & Barista in Howard Beach this week.
Speaking of classic NYC dishes, I was craving a Rueben sandwich this week. I had a great one from Queens Bagels and Delicatessen in Forest Hills.
Lou and I were recently given an Air Fryer and have been experimenting with it. For a less guilty way to enjoy fries try these instructions for cooking frozen fries in the air fryer. They came out crispy and perfect.
Active Mind and Body
I’m in my third week of the Yoga Retreat program through Daily Burn.
I’m also continuing with the New York School of Burlesque’s Essential Burlesque class. This week I learned all about chair dances and stocking peels.
My current subway distraction is playing Disney Emoji Blitz.

I just finished Volume Nine of the manga series Beastars. I highly recommend the series as well as the animated version. You can catch season one on Netflix.
