New York Theatre Workshop
Becoming a member of a theater company in NYC is a great way to support an organization and guarantee you’ll get tickets for shows that may sell out. There are a number of on and off Broadway companies that you can join. Lou and I recently joined New York Theatre Workshop, an off-Broadway theater in the East Village.
We choose this particular theater group for a few reasons.
Some of my favorite productions I’ve seen in my past fifteen years in the Big Apple have been at The New York Theatre Workshop.

Her Portmanteau (2017)
Their seasons offer a lot of variety in terms of shows. They typically include shows from up-and-coming playwrights as well as reimaged productions of classics. The 2022/2023 season is no exception. We’re looking forward to seeing new shows:

In addition to tickets to every show, our membership includes invitations to VIP events, discounts for additional tickets for friends, and discounts to workshops and classes. We love live theater and our membership helps support something we care deeply about.
