Winter beauty tips

Winter beauty tips

Winter is upon us. If you are like me and your skin dries up during the colder months of the year it’s time to break out the moisturizer. This week I’ll be sharing my tried and true tips for winter skincare, haircare, and make-up. I have sensitive skin, fine wavy hair, and a complexion that is often described as translucent to albino so keep that in mind when you read this week’s posts.

A note on products that I will mention. I don’t currently participate with affiliates for this blog so any products I mention are ones I actually use. I really do try to use cruelty-free products whenever possible. I generally purchase products that are not tested on animals, but I’m by no means perfect. I will be coding items I mention this week so you’ll know if the company doesn’t participate in animal testing or if the products are made with vegan ingredients. Buying cruelty-free is a little tricky because many companies don’t test on animals for products they distribute in the USA, but do test in China if they sell there because it’s, unfortunately, the law there. I won’t be making items as cruelty-free if they test anywhere.
